Step into the world of mouthwatering Asian street food at Asahi Asian Street Food! From the moment you walk in, you’ll be captivated by the vibrant atmosphere and welcoming staff. Whether you’re a fan of Japanese, Chinese, Thai or Indian cuisine, Asahi has it all.

During my two-week stay in Dublin, I found myself constantly drawn back to this gem on Charlemont St. The menu offers a scrumptious array of authentic flavours at affordable prices – perfect for anyone with a craving for Asian delights.

Despite its popularity, the service at Asahi was remarkably quick and efficient. Even during busy periods, we were seated promptly and attended to with utmost care. I highly recommend dining on their balcony where smoking is permitted – an added bonus for those looking to enjoy their meal alfresco style.

The highlights of our meal included calamari and octopus balls as starters, followed by bang bang chicken and Mekong duck served with fragrant fried rice as mains. The seafood starters were simply divine – crispy calamari that melted in your mouth and flavourful octopus balls bursting with taste. The main courses were equally impressive; both dishes left us wanting more.

To make things even better, Asahi ensures that their delivery services maintain the same level of quality with intact packaging when ordering through Deliveroo. We had our order delivered to our hotel room quickly and everything arrived freshly made and irresistibly tasty.

Neon Asian Street Food

⭐ Our Unvarnished Impressions of Neon Asian Street Food:

Neon Asian Street Food, what can I say? This place is an absolute gem in the heart of Dublin! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The staff here are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure that your dining experience is nothing short of perfect.

Now let’s talk about the food. Oh my goodness, the food! It is simply out of this world. The noodles soup with prawns is a taste explosion like no other. The freshness of the prawns combined with the perfectly cooked noodles will have you coming back for more time and time again. And don’t even get me started on their complimentary ice cream – it’s like a sweet surprise that adds that extra touch of delight to an already incredible meal.

The only downside I found was their use of disposable containers for dine-in customers. While they do provide porcelain bowls on each table, it would be great if they could rethink this approach and serve directly in these bowls instead. Not only would this help reduce unnecessary packaging waste but it would also make a positive impact on our environment.

In spite of this small hiccup, Neon Asian Street Food remains a must-visit spot in Dublin. With delicious food, friendly service, and a cozy ambiance, it ticks all the boxes for an amazing dining experience.

So why wait? Head over to Neon Asian Street Food today and let your taste buds embark on an unforgettable journey filled with flavor explosions!

Good World Chinese Restaurant, what a gem in the heart of Dublin! From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the charming ambiance and warm hospitality. The sight of a life-sized toy panda at the window table instantly brought out my inner child. And let me tell you, it was truly a remarkable experience sitting next to the biggest panda I have ever seen!

But aside from its delightful decor, Good World excels in its exquisite Cantonese and Hong Kong dim sum. As an avid fan of this cuisine, I can confidently say that their mixed meat dumplings (sui mai) were nothing short of perfection. Plump and bursting with flavour, they were the largest sui mai I’ve had the pleasure of devouring. And don’t even get me started on their prawn cheung fun – generously filled with succulent prawns that left me craving for more.

What sets Good World apart is not just its delectable food but also its authenticity. Having frequented this restaurant since my childhood days, it has remained steadfast in delivering traditional Cantonese dishes that transport me back to Hong Kong. Their xiao long bao (soup dumplings) are simply unmatched in taste and price when compared to other establishments.

Despite being slightly understaffed, Good World’s service is commendable – prompt and friendly despite handling an influx of customers during peak hours. So if you’re planning a visit to this hidden treasure, make sure to book ahead to secure your spot at that coveted window table with Mr Panda.

While some might find it dated or relatively small in terms of space and decor, for me personally, it adds to the nostalgia-filled atmosphere which only enhances my dining experience here.

Yes, prices may be on the higher end (~€20 per person), but considering both quality and portion size offered by Good World Chinese Restaurant – trust me when I say it’s worth every penny spent.

In conclusion, if you’re searching for an authentic Cantonese dining experience in Dublin, look no further than Good World Chinese Restaurant.
