Casanova's, oh how you stole my heart with your incredible food and impeccable service! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The wood-fired oven was a sight to behold, instantly transporting me to Italy.
Our mistaken order only further showcased the excellence of Casanova's. Instead of brushing it off like many restaurants would do, they insisted on making a fresh pizza for us. And let me tell you, it was worth the wait! The dough was perfection – light and crispy – while the toppings burst with flavour. We also couldn't resist trying their fantastic fries which were utterly addictive.
The ambiance at Casanova's is cosy and inviting, perfect for both intimate dinners or family gatherings. They even went above and beyond when one of their staff members ran after us on the street to return my daughter's hat. Such thoughtfulness truly made our experience special.
Not only does Casanova’s tick all the boxes when it comes to delicious food and friendly service, but they also offer an excellent set menu for couples looking for a romantic night out without breaking the bank. Being able to share appetizers and desserts along with our mains was absolutely delightful.
I must mention that during our second visit with our one-year-old, Casanova's proved once again why they deserve all the praise they receive. They accommodated our little one extremely well, making sure everyone had an enjoyable dining experience.

The highlight of the night was when an old chap from Wexford entertained us with his mind-blowingly talented musical performance. The second time around, we encountered a different chef and a younger musician whose performance paled in comparison to the older man's energetic showmanship. Although the food did not reach the same heights as before, it was still enjoyable and offered generous portions at reasonable prices.
