Gallo & Galetti, what can I say? This place is an absolute gem tucked away in Cork. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. And let's talk about the food! The meat platter was a carnivore's dream – juicy cuts of Italian meats paired perfectly with fresh bread, olive oil, and pesto. It was ideal for sharing with my friends who preferred something other than meat.
But it wasn't just the platter that impressed me; every dish we tried was pure perfection. The mushroom risotto had such depth of flavor, while the fish risotto tasted like a burst of sea goodness on my tongue. And let's not forget their pasta dishes – absolutely mouthwatering! The carbonara pasta took me to another world with its creamy sauce and generous chunks of bacon.
