Tapped Late Bar is a hidden gem in the heart of Dublin. From my first step inside, I was blown away by the cool decor and vibrant atmosphere! The place screams fun. What impressed me most were their heavenly beers – from crisp lagers to hoppy IPAs, they have it all! As someone who loves experimenting with craft beer, I was thrilled at their selection of both on-tap and bottled Belgian brews. Honestly, you will be spoilt for choice!
Their food menu is top-notch too; there’s something for everyone here – whether you’re craving classic pub grub like buffalo wings or yummy falafel sandwiches like me (which were divine by the way). I also had garlic focaccia that melted in my mouth – A must-try.
The highlight though has to be Tapped’s friendly service and good-vibes ambiance paired with soul-lifting live music evenings that cheered up our night tremendously. The staff go above and beyond to make sure patrons are comfortable & happy which created an infectious positive energy throughout the bar.

BrewDog Outpost Dublin – a name you’ve probably heard before if you’re into the craft beer scene. And let me tell you, this place is definitely worth visiting! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was transported to another world. The eclectic decor and American-style layout gave off a cool vibe that immediately drew me in.
But let’s not just talk about the atmosphere – the beer selection here is amazing! Whether you’re a BrewDog fan or looking to try something new, there’s something for everyone. As someone who loves dark beers, I have to recommend trying their Black Heart stout. It had so many different roasted flavours going on and really impressed me as a Guinness fan.
And don’t even get me started on Wing Wednesday – it lived up to all my expectations and more! The wings were some of the best I’ve ever had with a lovely crispy coating that didn’t fall off when dipped in sauce (of which they had plenty of tasty options). The staff were incredibly friendly and quick with wing refills.
Sure, the location may be out of the way from town and prices are on the higher end for Dublin, but trust me when I say it’s worth splurging every now and then for an experience like this. So gather your friends (and even your furry ones because dogs are welcome!) and head over to BrewDog Outpost Dublin for some great drinks and food in an awesome atmosphere.

The wings were incredible, I’m really into wings and they’re some of the best I’ve ever had. They’re big in size, have a lovely crispy costing and the sauce sticks to them very well. The buffalo sauce is delicious but is fairly hot, the BBQ is a lot calmer and delicious too. The wing refills were really quick and the staff were very nice, a few even took time to get to know us and chat to us about the food and drinks, they seemed genuinely interested and enjoy their job, which is great to see as a fellow barman. I also tried their new stout, the Black Heart stout. As a big Guinness fan, I was curious. I was impressed, it was very tasty with a lot of different roasted flavours going on. The decor is eclectic and quirky, with comic covers and family portraits adorning the walls. However, what really sets it apart from other places is its exceptional craft beer selection.
During my visit to The Bald Eagle, I had the opportunity to sample some remarkable beers that were expertly recommended by the staff. It’s clear that they take pride in their knowledge of local brews and are always on hand to help customers find something new and exciting to try. In addition to their impressive beer menu, I must also mention their cocktails – every single one was crafted with precision and care, making me want another round before we even finished our first drinks!
While The Bald Eagle certainly impresses when it comes to drinks, they don’t neglect food either. We ordered a party platter which had an excellent variety of delicious options for everyone at our table. My personal favourites were the 8oz Sirloin Steak paired with fresh fries cooked just right! The Beer Temple, oh how I fell in love with this place! Entering this craft ale bar near Dublin Castle was like finding a hidden gem. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate; the perfect ambiance for enjoying quality beer selection from one of my favourite breweries, Gallway Bay Brewery. If you’re after variety beyond Guinness, their fantastic selection of crafted ales will surely satisfy your taste buds.
I decided to go for the chicken burger and fries topped with garlic and Chipotle aioli – an excellent decision. My husband opted for the paddle of four 1/3 glasses as he couldn’t decide on which beer to try first. Thanks to our bartender Danny (or Big D), we had a great time drinking beers and laughing along with stories shared by other patrons at the bar that evening! His ability to make great drinks, entertain guests while serving them promptly never once failed all night.
Irrefutably worth visiting, The Beer Temple is not just any ordinary pub in Dublin; it’s among my top places I’ve visited during my trip across Ireland! From its extensive beer collection and satisfying menu to excellent customer service by delightful staff members — hand me over another pint — let’s cheers again at The Beer Temple!

The Black Sheep is like a hidden treasure worth discovering, tucked away on Capel Street. The exterior might give the impression of two separate pubs, but that only adds to its charm. This establishment serves some of the best craft beer I have ever tasted – made right there on location by the owners themselves! Yes, it’s expensive, but it’s an experience you’ll never forget. The food is what dreams are made of; from chicken wings and fries to wraps and burgers, each dish was expertly cooked and presented with care.
I cannot recommend this place enough – every aspect of my visit was superb. The gaming station added a fun element to the atmosphere while we were savoring our beers and munchies. To add to our great experience at The Black Sheep, our waiter Romiro provided impeccable service – polite, prompt and accommodating towards all our dietary requirements.
The décor has been brilliantly thought out too… everything works well together making this spot very trendy yet cozy at same time! If you haven’t checked them out yet then don’t wait any longer because they sure know how to satisfy your appetite! The Big Romance. One of the coziest places I’ve ever been to! From walking in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming – the perfect mix of dimly lit lighting, soft music, and a laid-back vibe. The Sunday jazz session was just amazing; live jazz music from 6-8pm had me tapping my toes while savoring some locally brewed beer – it’s really hard not to fall for this place!
Their staff are attentive, friendly & knowledgeable about all their drinks on offer. When asked for recommendations on cocktails or beers they were quick with answers followed by great conversation bringing everything together making sure that you feel right at home.
Speaking of beer selection: tremendous! If you’re looking for craft brews from local Irish establishments then this is your joint! The rotating taps ensure that one always has something new to try along with old favorites like O’Hara’s Ale or Porterhouse Red.
Overall impression? P. Mac’s is one of those hidden gems that you stumble upon and cannot help but fall in love with. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew this was going to be my new favourite watering hole. The atmosphere is electric, buzzing with laughter and chatter amongst punters who are enjoying their time out together. Picture yourself surrounded by cool people dressed in black clothes, sipping on craft beer – definitely a unique Dublin experience!
Now let me tell you about the food: wow! Don’t miss out on trying their burgers; they’re cooked to perfection and come complete with mouth-watering fries smothered in delicious aioli sauce that will keep your tastebuds dancing for hours after finishing your meal. We had two sumptuous dishes between us yet still left feeling satiated at such great value for money.
The staff at P.Mac’s put other pubs to shame with their exceptional service, always friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived until well after we said our goodbyes! It was an eye-opener finding a place so democratic amidst all those hustle-and-bustle surrounding establishments making me want blue hair too just like them.
So remember folks if you’re looking for heaven-like food combined with cool surroundings then go straight here!!! Honestly now more than five stars would not do justice to this place–it’s simply amazing! So what are you waiting for? Head over today & relish P.Mac’s authentic vibe!

The friendly bartender helped me pick out some fantastic real ale and he even gave me tips on how to best taste them for full flavour experience. They also have an extensive food menu offering mouth-watering dishes that complement the drink selection perfectly.
With an extensive array of tasty brews, delicious bites, relaxing ambiance and attentive bartenders all at reasonable prices makes this place worth visiting time-and-time-again.
