Loose Canon Cheese and Wine

Loose Canon Cheese and Wine

The Loose Canon is definitely worth a visit if you’re in Dublin. From the cozy atmosphere that exudes warmth and hospitality, to the knowledgeable staff and delicious food, this spot has something for everyone. The wine selection is fantastic, offering organic or natural selections as well as some options by the glass or bottle. Cheese toasties are also available with an unmatched variety of high-quality cheeses (which range from typical cheddar to more exotic choices). Plus, visitors can purchase wines to bring home with them if they wish!

For lunchtime visits, there isn't much seating inside besides a window bar but guests can take their drinks outside where there's plenty of space at front tables; perfect for people watching on Drury Street! Prices are fairly reasonable too: Glasses between €7.5 & €9 and cheese toasties around €10; not bad for quality European fare.

Overall it’s quite clear why TV chef John Torode chose Loose Canon during his Food Network series about Ireland – the atmosphere here is warm and inviting while still offering great value on drinks and food – making it a top destination in Dublin 2 to grab beverages with friends after work or enjoy a unique lunch all your own!

La Ruelle Wine Bar

I absolutely recommend La Ruelle Wine Bar for a night out. For starters, the beautiful atmosphere will give you a feeling of warmth and coziness. Located in the quaint corner of Dawson Street, their venue has been designed to be just as delicious as their menu. As we arrived at La Ruelle on a Friday evening, they were fully booked but despite this they still managed to find us an intimate table away from everyone else and being so full made it quite clear that this place is well loved by locals!

The wine menu was extensive – what got our attention is the special menu with rare wines that can’t be found anywhere else; truly unique experience! We tried some great dishes such as Duck Confit that could bring any foodie into ecstasy. The portion size was very generous therefore price-wise it's really worth visiting for lunch or dinner!

In addition to all of this, the service was warm with friendly attitude even though there were many customers inside. Their staff demonstrated professionalism and great understanding of what makes a restaurant run smoothly – definitely 5 star in terms of service . This cozy atmosphere also allows to share some unforgettable moments with friends or family while sipping perfection glasses of wines until late hours – ideal option if you are looking for an interesting dining experience at Dublin city centre within reasonable costs! So don't wait up – visit La Ruelle Wine bar and enjoy an amazing evening full laughter and awesome tastes!

Cafe Rubis Wine Bar

I could not recommend Cafe Rubis Wine Bar highly enough. It is well worth visiting for its excellent atmosphere, delicious drinks and incredible food. Firstly, this cafe has an incredibly warm and inviting decor that creates a cozy setting to relax in. This makes it enjoyable to stay there for hours without feeling rushed. Additionally, the menu selection offers options that are both classic and innovative; no matter what your tastes might be, you will find something to enjoy at this wine bar!

Secondly, I have found their service to be excellent with friendly staff who make every effort to listen attentively and provide helpful advice when needed. The prices are reasonable too so unless you’re ordering a full bottle of or several courses of food your meal does not need to break the bank either!

Finally, going above and beyond great decor, good service and value-for-money pricing is the music — Cafe Rubis hosts live performances daily depending on how busy they are which adds life and energy into the space in a subtle way. All in all it’s really one of my favorite spots in Dublin as it brings together joyousness through different elements making up a truly fantastic experience overall!

Bobby's Wine Bar

I am definitely a fan of Bobby's Wine Bar. The decor is chic and modern while still being inviting, the selection of drinks was extensive and reasonably priced, and the food was divine. What really stands out to me however is their customer service. We showed up right before closing but they treated us as if we were their first customers of the day – accomodating, friendly, helpful, patient – what more could you ask for?

What especially impressed me was how far above and beyond our server Gina went in making sure that my group had an amazing experience! From booking our table to surprising one of us with a birthday cake to taking song requests and even joining us for a dance at the end of night – it truly felt like she genuinely wanted us all to have fun.

If you're in Dublin looking for fabulous food & drink paired with top-notch customer service then I wouldn't hesitate recommending Bobby’s Wine Bar! It really is worth visiting!
