Mannings Bakery

I highly recommend Mannings Bakery as a go-to bakery for special occasions! Not only do they offer delicious cakes and pastries, but I had the privilege of experiencing their service first-hand with my recent birthday cake order. Aside from being extremely accommodating to delivery needs, Manning's also creates an aesthetically pleasing product; just take a look at their website! My large cream and fresh fruit sponge cake were absolutely divine – soft, and moist, and the flavours were perfect. Everyone who tasted it thought so too!

On top of that amazing experience with the cake itself, Mannings Bakery boasts an incredibly friendly staff that is ready to help out in whatever way they can. My delivery wasn’t able to arrive on time due to circumstances beyond my control, but Karen worked hard to find me alternate arrangements – ultimately allowing me to collect the cake myself while still getting reimbursed for delivery costs. This level of customer care is truly commendable.

To sum it up: excellent products combined with welcoming staff make Mannings Bakery well worth visiting no matter what your occasion may be!

Strudel Artisan Bakery

Strudel Artisan Bakery is definitely worth a visit. They have an amazing selection of items on their menu, especially when it comes to sweet treats. Everything from pistachio croissants and cardamom knots to pecan maple twists – every bit of it looks like absolute heaven! I was also very impressed to find out that they bake decent volumes too, considering that even at 8:30 in the morning there was already a line up outside the shop.

The one thing that takes Strudel Artisan Bakery over the top is its sourdough brown bread. It’s simply divine! And if you don't want to risk not being able to buy some because they tend to run out of stock quickly then ordering online would be your best option since delivery time for orders placed online only take two days which makes the process incredibly easy and convenient.

All things considered, Strudel Artisan Bakery is doing something really special here with incredible flavours created with premium ingredients all paired with practical services such as online ordering and pick-up options; this business offers everything you need for a delightful breakfast treat or snack – so why not drop by?

Il Valentino Bakery & Cafe

Il Valentino Bakery & Cafe is a great place to get some delicious Italian pastries and coffee in Dublin. From the traditional almond croissants to their beautifully baked pistachio tartlets, it’s hard not to find something delicious here. Their cappuccinos are superb; my favourite by far! The staff is both attentive and friendly – Davide makes an amazing espresso – which enhances the overall experience.

The desserts here are second-to-none; their tiramisu cake was great for a special occasion and the strawberry pistachio tart was delectable. They also have limited stocks, so be early if you want to avoid a sold-out sign! This has been my go-to dessert spot since moving to Dublin 2 years ago and I'm totally happy with this decision every single time I visit them again. Just be sure that when you come in, give Davide or Sabrina your order with a smile 😉

If you love sweets, cakes or just an exceptional Italian-style cafe experience then Il Valentino Bakery & Cafe is definitely worth visiting! With 4+ star reviews on Google (with more than 1k reviews) they truly deserve recognition as one of the best bakeries (& cafes) in Dublin Ireland.

Ann's Bakery

Ann's Bakery is a great place to check out whether you are stopping in for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The food is amazing; the selection of made-to-order sandwiches and hot meals provides variety and plenty of options. On top of that, all of their desserts and baking selections look huge! A personal favourite here would have to be the Avocado Toast with Fried Egg – so good!! All in all the portion sizes are quite decent as well so you definitely get your money's worth.

The staff members here at Ann's Bakery bring an extra bit of cheeriness to making it worth visiting again. They are friendly, courteous and always willing to help somebody new find what they're looking for on various menus or specials. Everything seems very modern compared to when I used older photos they had on the walls from years ago but this doesn't take away any charm whatsoever, instead, it creates a welcoming atmosphere!

The overall experience at Ann’s Bakery leaves me full, satisfied, happy and inclined to want to return trips frequently again soon. The location happens to be very convenient (41 Mary St., North City), has received many good ratings on Google Reviews (4/5 stars) plus more than 1K+ reviews overall – enough said! This service is certainly recommended by myself if you choose to stop by Dublin one day since value combined with makes top-notch visit every time around town 🙂

Green Door Bakery

The Green Door Bakery is Heaven on Earth! With delicious sweet treats, great coffee and some of the best sandwiches in Dublin – this place is a must for anyone who loves baked goods. From fresh artisan sourdough bread to deliciously moist carrot cake, you’re sure to find something that will tantalise your taste buds. The turkey stuffing and cranberry sandwich was simply faultless – with flavours that created a burst of flavour when I bit into it.

On top of all that tasty goodness, the staff are always friendly and open to conversation if you have any questions or queries while they serve you. Every visit here is like visiting friends as the atmosphere feels so warm despite being a relatively small shop inside compared to others nearby. It really brings out their amazing personalities which put a smile on customers' faces even before they get served up one of their amazing pastries or coffees.

All in all, I think everyone should visit The Green Door Bakery because it's worth every penny (and then some!) Not only do they offer excellent baked treats but also an environment unlike anywhere else around the Stoneybatter area where you can relax & feel welcomed whatever the time surely lives up to its stellar Google ratings too – truly deserves 5 stars for everything!

The Butlers Pantry

The Butlers Pantry is a must-visit destination in Temple Hill. This cosy eatery offers generous portions of fantastic quality food and baked goods, with grand recipes conjured up by their head chef Marco Villanueva. Their cakes are simply mouth-watering – I strongly recommend the coffee cake and the lemon meringue! The staff are always very friendly and helpful, making this place a pleasure to visit each time.

Aside from the food that tantalizes your taste buds, The Butler's Pantry also offers freshly brewed drinks such as smooth lattes for those who need a boost during the week or perhaps leisurely afternoons in search of an invigorating cup of cappuccino. They recently got rid of the pistachio croissants which were torturous to see go (especially since it was one of our favourite dishes). Bring back those delicious treats for a 5-star review!

Overall, I could not recommend The Butler's Pantry enough – conveniently located in Montpelier and offering top-notch cuisine; service convenient delivery services during lockdown; friendly customer service staff; truly scrumptious cakes along with good coffee at reasonable prices make this restaurant worth visiting again and again!

Camerino Bakery

Camerino Bakery is one of my favourite coffee shops in Dublin, and for good reason. The baristas are knowledgeable and skilled, producing a high-quality cup of coffee each time. The coffee beans used also produce an amazing flavour – smooth and delicate, with great-tasting shots that I would recommend to any espresso enthusiast.

The friendly staff at Camerino Bakery adds to the overall experience too. As someone who usually puts off getting small cups, they welcomed me warmly as I ordered an Americano with hot oat milk that was still so delicious! On top of this, there are outside seating or standing areas where you can enjoy your cup of joe on a lovely day!

If you find yourself near Capel Street then make sure not to miss out on Camerino Bakery – the the159+ Google reviews rating them at 4.6 stars speak for themselves about their quality merchandise and services! The Bretzel Bakery & Cafe

The Bretzel Bakery & Cafe is the perfect example of what an artisanal bakery should be. Not only do they offer a wide selection of pastries, cakes and bread loaves of all kinds, but their signature onion buns are also soft and exquisite, unique to them and truly delicious. And let us not forget about the croissants – both plain and almond – which I found to be incredibly light, fluffy and full of flavour!

Aside from offering great products with their passionate approach to baking, one look at the interior decor will make you want to stay for hours. The warm ambience created by wooden furnishings combined with fresh colours makes it a cosy spot for a coffee break. On top of that excellent customer service given by friendly staff adds up to create an experience worth revisiting frequently.

If there's something special worthy to mention it must be the incredible range of prices that accommodate almost every budget without making you feel robbed. Skip Chain Stores and Get Freshly Baked Delights From A Local Dublin Bakery Today!

Finding a great bakery in Dublin is easy if you know where to look! Whether you’re looking for delicious bread, cakes or pastries, there are plenty of local bakeries that can satisfy your cravings. Not only do they offer quality baked goods, but they also provide an authentic taste of the city.

At a local bakery, you can expect freshly-made products made with care and attention. You won’t find any preservatives or artificial flavours in these goodies – just natural ingredients sourced from trusted suppliers around Dublin. Plus, since most of these bakeries are family-owned and operated businesses, their recipes have been handed down through generations.

It’s not just about the excellent food either; supporting local businesses is important. When you buy from a small business instead of chain stores like supermarkets or convenience stores, it helps keep money circulating within the community which benefits everyone in the long run. And since each neighbourhood has its own unique character and culture, purchasing locally produced items helps preserve it too!

There are plenty of ways to track down a great bakery near you – ask around for recommendations or check out online reviews to see what people think about certain establishments before making up your mind. It doesn't matter whether you're after traditional Irish fares such as soda bread and fruit scones or more exotic offerings like macarons and choux pastry; chances are there's something that will fit your needs perfectly!

Overall then, if you want fresh baked goods without compromising on flavour then choosing one of Dublin’s many independent bakeries over major chains is definitely worth considering – both for yourself and the area itself!

What are the pros and cons of buying from a Bakery in Dublin?

Buying from a Bakery in Dublin has its benefits and drawbacks. On the one hand, you get to enjoy freshly baked goods that are made with high-quality ingredients sourced from local suppliers. You can also find speciality items such as gluten-free pastries or vegan cakes that may not be available elsewhere. In addition, buying directly from the bakery means no middleman markups and often lower prices than those charged by supermarkets.

On the other hand, there is less variety available at a single bakery compared to what can be found in larger stores or online retailers. It’s also more difficult to compare prices between different bakeries since they may have very different offerings and pricing structures depending on their location and customer base. Furthermore, it might take longer for orders to arrive if the bakery doesn’t offer delivery services due to limited staff resources.

In conclusion, while buying from a Bakery in Dublin certainly has its advantages like the freshness of products and competitive pricing, customers should consider all factors before deciding where to source their baked goods from as there are both pros and cons associated with this option.

PROS
  1. Enjoy fresh, delicious baked goods
  2. Sample a wide variety of sweet and savoury treats
  3. Support local businesses and bakeries
  4. Custom cakes and cupcakes for special occasions
CONS
