Tesco will be open from 8am to 10pm on December 19-20, 8am to midnight on December 21-23, 8am – 7pm on Christmas Eve and 10 am – 8 pm on St. Stephen’s Day; they will remain closed entirely on Christmas Day itself.

Aldi christmas opening hours
Aldi is keeping busy with operating hours extending until 11pm during Christmas week and closing at 7 pm on Christmas Eve before shutting down completely over both days of the holiday break; they then reopen at 9 am between Christmas and New Year with a closing time of 7 pm again for New Year’s Eve when all stores remain closed throughout the day but reopening again at 10 am New Year’s Day.

Lidl follows suit with early morning starts up until 10 pm each night except for earlier closings of 6 pm on Christman eve as well as being shut both days over the holiday period but resuming normal business after that including an extra hour closure time at 7 pm for New Year’s Eve followed by remaining closed all day New Year’s Day.
