When I visited on my work trip, everyone I met—from the front desk staff to coaches to members—was warm and friendly. The coaches were knowledgeable and well-versed in their craft; they provided helpful guidance that was tailored perfectly for all levels of athletes. As if that weren’t enough, members also have access to a convenient coffee/fuel bar that makes fueling up between workouts super easy!

On top of offering great group classes like HIIT conditioning and standard CrossFit WODs, this gym has nailed down every little detail needed for Open 22.2 standards with certified judge Eoghan McGregor overseeing every event. He made sure my entire experience ran smoothly despite me being an out-of-towner unfamiliar with the local affiliate rules by coordinating a day off so he could come in just to watch me complete 22.2—that’s going above and beyond any expectation, one can ask from such customer service!

Her positive mindset and encouragement have been very beneficial and encouraging throughout the duration of this journey.

From the moment you walk through the door to departure, your experience is nothing short of extraordinary. It starts with state-of-the-art gym equipment that is always impeccably kept and maintained in perfect condition – ideal for those seeking quiet retreats or intense workouts. The outdoor facility offers ways to get fit while enjoying the sunshine, such as Ian’s spin classes which are popular among members because it’s an exercise program fun & engaging at the same time making our fitness journey even more enjoyable!

The pool area is also immaculately cleaned every day – from lane swimming to aqua aerobics classes – it’s worth mentioning that every class is led by professional instructors who strive their best to make everyone push their limits yet stay safe during physical activities. Lastly, what puts their services over the top has got be their staff; upon my visits, I was surprised with how hospitable they were throughout my journey of using the facility; whether it was explaining the order process or checking on whether everything went well! Their prompt responses AND helpful advice increased my confidence when working out.
