Let's talk about their fish tank set-up service. It can be quite daunting to set up a complicated fish tank, but thanks to Natalia at Petmania Limerick Eastpoint, it was an absolute breeze! She was super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. A big round of applause to her!

Now onto puppy grooming… My pup Cooper had his first ever grooming appointment here, and boy oh boy, it couldn't have gone smoother. From booking the appointment over the phone to receiving reminders via text message, everything was hassle-free. Talita took incredible care of Cooper during his grooming session and even sent me a detailed report afterwards. Talk about going above and beyond!

Last but not least, I have to mention Olivia who groomed my nervous dog Bex with such gentleness that it blew my mind! Not only did she leave Bex looking absolutely stunning but also made sure that Bex felt calm throughout the whole experience.

I must also commend all of the other visitors at Limerick Animal Welfare Shop that day who offered their assistance in our time of need. Their kindness and support meant a lot to us during this distressing incident. Regrettably, I do not have their names to personally express my gratitude.
