The theme for this year’s Wild Lights is β€˜The Magic of Life’. The zoo has taken a fascinating and important story about biodiversity and used it as inspiration for their dazzling lantern displays. Get ready to be wowed by giant bees, bee hives, butterflies in metamorphosis, ants working together in colonies and much more. You’ll even get the chance to learn about how you can help protect our planet during your visit.

What better way could there possibly be to explore nature than through beautiful handcrafted traditional Chinese lanterns? Take a journey through illuminated woodland scenes before diving underwater into an enchanting coral reef filled with sea creatures.

It’s truly mesmerising!
